What You Should Know

How Long Will We Zoom?

We schedule Zooms in 30 minute time slots. Most Zooms typically last 20 - 30 minutes. Initial Zooms tend to be on the shorter side while final Zooms are closer to the 30 minute mark.

Cameras On!

Getting to know you is part of how we plan. Please have your camera on so we can meet you! if you're unable to join with your camera on, let's schedule a time when you can.

Need To Reshedule?

If you are unable to make your scheduled Zoom time, just send us an email... we understand! This will allow us to open a Zoom slot for another couple who may be wait-listed for your time slot.

When Should We Zoom?

Discovery Zoom
Nine Months Or More In Advance

Typically, we like to "start the conversation" with this Zoom. We believe that in getting to know you, this Zoom will allow us to learn about your vision... your likes & dislikes, what makes you "click" as a couple and the experience you'd like us to create for you and your guests.

Update Zoom
Three To Nine Months In Advance

During this Zoom, we provide support, answer questions, ask a few of our own and help you to zero in on what's really important to you. We can discuss song selections, the style of DJ you'd like and offer direction in terms of what we are looking for to help develop the blueprint for your celebration.

Update Zoom, Pt. II
One To Two Months In Advance

This is a "state of our world" Zoom. We begin tying up loose ends, finalizing most choices, wrapping up song selections and preparing for our "final approach." This would be the time to ask any questions, prior to your portal close date. This Zoom is where we move closest to the finish line.

Final Zoom
30 days or Less In Advance

Your portal is complete, the timeline is set and now, we are counting down the days until we produce your celebration! During this Zoom, we will review any last minute changes, name pronunciations and put the final touches on our blueprint for producing your day. Now, you can mark this off your "to do" list!

How Should You Prepare?

We are here to make sure that we produce the day of your dreams. By listening to you, we will design our support to compliment the wedding day of your dreams.

Discovery Zoom - There is nothing to prepare for. We will hear from you, get a basic understanding of your vision, chat in broad strokes about your music preferences and answer your questions. We will introduce you to the planning portal and we'll likely give you a bit of homework. If there are answers you don't have, that's OK! This initial Zoom simply opens the conversation & sets the planning table.

Update Zoom - Typically, once you've gotten familiar with the portal, there may be questions. We are here to answer them! Scheduling an "Update Zoom" is a great way to ask those questions along the way. From timeline questions to music selections, lean on us as your expert planning team!

Update Zoom, Part II - This is where we will bring it all into focus. Your wedding party is set, your first dance has been selected and your timeline with the venue is nearing completion. We will help with your final selections and once again, assign some "homework" to complete, prior to your portal closing.

Final Zoom - Now that your portal is complete, your blueprint is done. We will review any last minute changes & confirm name pronunciations. Our team will move forward with this blueprint and consider it in final format. Our team will work from this blueprint on the day of your celebration.
